This SMS Privacy Statement describes how Fuel Me, LLC (“Fuel Me”) sends text messages (SMS and MMS) to customers and vendors who have opted in to receive them, and how we protect information collected through our SMS Program. This statement supplements our general Privacy Policy and should be read together with our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Program Description

Fuel Me is a B2B fuel procurement platform. Our technology coordinates on-site fuel deliveries (diesel, gasoline, DEF, lubricants) for commercial fleets, construction sites, and marine operations across the US, connecting customers with a vetted network of fuel vendors and managing the full order lifecycle from dispatch through invoicing.

Our SMS Program sends transactional and operational messages (including satisfaction surveys) that support this workflow. By providing your mobile number during account setup or onboarding, you consent to receive these transactional, operational, and survey messages. With your separate, optional opt-in, we may also send marketing and promotional messages about Fuel Me products and services. Marketing consent is collected separately and is never required to use our Service or place an order.

Who Receives Messages

We send messages only to opted-in audiences with an active business relationship with Fuel Me:

• Commercial customers (account owners, dispatchers, site managers, AP contacts) who provided their mobile number during account setup or through a consent form on our website.
• Vendors who provided their mobile number during vendor onboarding.

Types of Messages

*Transactional and operational messages** that support the fuel delivery workflow:

• Order and delivery confirmations
• Delivery status and updates
• Operational notices (office closures, holidays, weather disruptions)
• Two-factor authentication codes
• Satisfaction surveys
• Follow-ups regarding your inquiry or account

*Marketing and promotional messages** (only with your separate consent):

• Offers, product news, and updates about Fuel Me services

The goal is to keep customers and vendors informed in real time so deliveries stay on schedule and billing stays accurate.

Privacy and Information Sharing

We respect your privacy. The following terms apply specifically to information collected as part of our SMS Program, and they supplement the protections in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share limited information with service providers and subcontractors only as needed to operate the SMS Program and fulfill the underlying service, including our SMS platform provider and the fuel vendors fulfilling an order you placed. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share mobile phone numbers, opt-in data, or SMS consent records with any third party for that party’s own marketing or commercial use.

Opt Out and Help

You can opt out of Fuel Me SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support information. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Fuel Me.
